I am not talking about getting feedback from your managers. This is feedback you provide to yourself by measuring and tracking your opportunities, activities, and results to analyze how you are doing.
If you want to achieve your monthly income goal you set, you need to keep track of your progress. You need to know how close you are to your monthly goal at any given time.
Most dealerships have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that will make it easy for you to get this information. Make sure to input all your activities, opportunities and results. If you do not have a CRM tool or the CRM you have does not provide you the following information, create your own system. You should know your numbers:
Number of units sold and amount of money made month-to-date (MTD).
Number of customers, demos and write-ups MTD.
Demo, write-up and close ratios.
Number of phone calls broken down by incoming and outgoing.
